Is smoking allowed in the hotel rooms?

Smoking is not permitted in the hotel rooms. A cleaning fee will be charged in the event of non-compliance.

Are there special allergy rooms?

All rooms are characterized by the same standard. If you have any questions about allergies, please contact our reception team.

Can I also eat in the restaurant as an external guest?

Both hotel and external guests are welcome in our hotel restaurant. Due to the high demand, we ask all external guests to reserve a table in advance using the contact form.

Are there also vegetarian and vegan dishes?

Our hotel kitchen is characterized by a great variety and diversity. If you have any special dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know in advance so that our kitchen team can prepare a customized meal for you.

Are external guests also allowed to use the SkyLounge and the day bar?

Both external visitors and hotel guests are welcome in our SkyLounge and our day bar.

How do I get into the SkyLounge?

During SkyLounge opening hours, the hotel elevator on the right is available to take you to the 5th floor.

Do I get discounts in the region if I stay at the Emser TheremHotel?

All overnight guests at the Emser ThermenHotel receive the Kaisercard upon check-in. This spa card entitles you to numerous discounts and additional services in Bad Ems.

Is it possible to hire bicycles?

The Emser ThermenHotel is happy to provide its guests with modern e-bikes for a rental fee.
